Quely
Inca is the third largest town in Mallorca and is located in the middle of the island between Palma and Pollença. Here, in 1934, the Mallorcan Jaime Domenech Borrás began building the first factory building of the Mallorcan company Quely on a small car park. Together with his two sons, Jaime and Gabriel, he built up the business, which has flourished remarkably to this day. The Mallorcan family business Quely is a modern company that, while maintaining the traditional ingredients for the production of Quely olive oil biscuits, nevertheless uses the highest technology in the various production processes. It is one of the most important food producers on the island of Mallorca and has been honoured with various awards.
