Oli Solivellas, a soft, fruity olive oil from the finca "Es Guinyent" in Alcúdia, Mallorca. The taste of ripe, freshly pressed olives is accompanied by the aromas of almond, nut, mint, artichoke and fennel. A varied and tasty substitute for butter and margarine or for the preparation of a "Mediterranean aliño" (= salad dressing).

Oil that is harvested at the Finca Es Guinyent in Alcúdia, which has an Islamic origin. The Solivellas family looks after the care of the land and the olive trees since they provide them with the fruit with which they obtain this oil with the highest quality, thanks to the cultivation and harvest of the olives in perfect condition of the varieties Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca, Frantoio, Koroneiki and Picuda. In addition, they have the guarantee of Denomination of Origin Oli de Mallorca (regulatory council founded in 2002 that protects, promotes and names the authentic oil that is made in Mallorca).STORAGE:
