This elegant, complex wine produced by the winery “Es Fangar” in the area of Felanitx is made of the grape varieties Chardonnay, Giró blanc and Prensal Blanc.
It also combines the Mediterranean character, Mallorcan influences, and the aromas of aromatic plants (oregano) with Atlantic notes, a humid undertone, and the scent of wet earth.
4 Kilos (equivalent to 4 million pesetas) was the initial investment of Francesc Grimalt and Sergio Caballero, the two partners of the newly created Mallorcan winery 4 Kilos Vinícola SL.
