It all began at the end of the last century on a small plot of land near Sencelles. Jaime Llabrés used a mixture of vines, including Prensal, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Merlot. He wanted to find out how these varieties would thrive in the Mediterranean climate and in this earth. The success spoke for itself, so that only a decade later the entire family was involved in the planting of new wines. In 2003, construction work began on a modern winery in the middle of the country, right next to the new vineyards and were completed just in time for the first harvest in autumn 2014. A new mallorcan winery with fine spanish wines was born.
