Vichyssoise of leek and potato cream
Delicious leek and potato cream made according to a traditional home-made recipe, healthy and ready to eat.
Perfect as a starter at lunchtime or in the evening.
Vichyssoise is traditionally served cold, making it a perfect choice for warm summer days. Before serving, it is often garnished with a dollop of sour cream or crème fraîche and sometimes chopped chives or parsley. Although traditionally served cold, the soup can also be eaten hot.

Once opened, the product should be consumed within 5 days, provided it is kept refrigerated (6 - 10 degrees Celsius).

Water, leek (23%), potato (12%), UHT light cream (UHT light cream, modified corn starch, emulsifier (E-4711), and stabilisers (E-415, E-451, E-460, E-466)), olive oil (2%), BUTTER (2%), salt, thickener xanthan gum and spices. Additive of vegetable origin.
Allergens: MILK or MILK-based products.
