The wood obtained from the Olive tree is without doubt one of the most beautiful and hardest types of wood. Due to its durability and resistance to odours, it is ideally suited for the use as a cutting board. Each cutting board has its unique pattern, colour and form, depending on the tree from which it has been cut.
Our board is of an oval shape, about 30 cm long, 17 cm wide and 2 cm high (approximate specifications, the board is cut by hand). Its beautifully polished surface lends a silken sheen to the cutting board. To conserve the warm, earthy tones in their full splendour, it is advised to avoid washing the cutting board in the dishwasher.
