The prickly pear cactus inhabits Mallorca on almost every corner. As the name already states, the fruit is covered in tiny thorns, which makes the direct consumption somewhat difficult. At Fet a Sóller, these prickly and purple fruits are carefully harvested, and the magnificently sweet flesh is then transformed into one of our many exotic jams!
