Fet a Sóller's honeys come from the nectar collected by hard-working bees, who go from flower to flower collecting what they need to make wonderfully flavoured honeys.
Honey is a very versatile food in the kitchen, apart from its more traditional uses in sweetening a cup of tea, a dessert or a toast with cheese and nuts, it can also be used to create exquisite sauces, to marinate other foods, to accompany a good sobrassada, or to create a vinaigrette together with spices with an intense flavour.
