Queso Mahón Raw cow's milk cheese semi-mature
From the Balearic island of Menorca, famous for its Mahón, comes our semi-ripened cheese made from fresh raw cow's milk. The happy cows live almost the whole year on the green pasture and feed on grass and herbs, only in the hot summer they go into the stable. The piece of this handmade cheese matures in natural rind, and it's preserved by extra virgin olive oil.

Farmers from Menorca have been found in the Cooperativa of the camp to produce naturally, cheese. The animals (cow and sheep) freely live on the pasture, the cheese is produced by hand, only of raw milk and is rubbed during the ripening period with cold-pressed olive oil.STORAGE:
