The sobrasada bio La Luna is a traditional sausage 100% natural without additives: lean pork, bacon and lots of paprika, which gives the sausage spread its reddish colour and helps to preserve it. La Luna has its own traditional recipe.

Only the best meat, spices and sea salt are used for LA LUNA BIO Sobrasada.
The sobrasada undergoes a long process of natural ageing in cellars and, with the care and wisdom that comes from LA LUNA's more than 120 years of experience, the sausage obtained has such an aroma and flavour, capable of satisfying the most demanding palates.

La Luna
Company created in 1900 by José Aguiló and the first Mallorcan company in the manufacture of typical mallorcan sausages. They started to distribute their products beyond the Spanish borders very quickly. Since 1980, it has become part of the Frau family which has given it its modernity without forgetting the traditional culture.Exudation of fatty juice is possible. During storage, natural white / gray / green mold can develop on the skin. This is a natural process that results from the leakage of fat and minerals; simply wash it off.
The vacuum-packed sausage should be removed from the packaging immediately upon arrival and stored in the traditional way (hanging in a cool and dark place).
