The basic idea of Can Axartell production process is the integration of the “Mètode Gravetat”. This term means that gravity is used as a mild wine making medium; the wine is treated with the greatest possible care from harvest, processing, fermentation and maturation to bottling using gravity and not the traditionally pumps.
The farm was renovated in 1990 and managed from the beginning with ecological considerations. Can Axartell's guideline is as follows: respect for the grape, the environment and the people who make the wines and those who enjoy them.

Can Axartell is a unique combination of tradition and modernity in Majorcan viticulture. The farm was rediscovered in the 90s, it was restored and the first vineyards began to be planted with the clear objective of making a certified organic production. Since its beginning, they have been acquiring a good reputation in the world of wine.The organic red wine goes well with rice dishes, tapas and especially with dishes prepared with dried fruit.
