XA tó: an excellent wine! D.O. Binissalem, Mallorca.
From optimally matured and hand-picked grape varieties Manto negro, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, this noble droplet XA tó was created. After a gentle fermentation, this red wine matured in French oak barrels until winemaker Tomeu was more than satisfied with the result. Finely filtered and bottled, the wine rested for three months at a controlled temperature.
The result: A dark red wine with violet tones and aromatic fine nuances of liquorice, fennel and oranges, but also of red fruits. Powerful, fine and long-lasting on the palate. Fragrant of plums, oranges and spices, a finely defined and full-bodied wine.
