This chocolate is organic, vegan, and gluten-free, made with Trinitario cacao beans, an exclusive variety.
Blanxart uses only single-origin cacao to highlight the uniqueness of each recipe. Through the Bean-to-Bar process, Blanxart controls the entire production cycle: from the meticulous selection of cacao from small plantations, through traditional slow roasting at our facilities, to the packaging of the final bar.
