Mallorca Verda Almond spread with chilli
A delicious vegan almond cream made from ground raw almonds, olive oil, aromatic garlic and dried chilli (Pebre Coent).
Aromatically hot as a spread, tapa, dip or to spice up dishes. Also excellent as a filling for peppers, aubergines etc. (e.g. mixed with sautéed soy mince). A spoonful in the sauce gives an aromatic taste with medium heat.

Mallorca Verda was born in 1998 from a social project with the aim of promoting the integration into the labour market of people older than 45 or young people with difficulties. The Mallorcan initiative is based in Montuïri and specialises in the production of Mediterranean Mallorcan food. Particularly classic products were brought to the market that the Mallorcans knew and consumed, but which had not been marketed before. The basis of all Mallorca Verda products is the island's native raw materials, such as olive oil, salt and almonds, which are processed into AlliOli, and tapenades.Linie: Mallorca Verda - Mandel Paté
