From the centre of the island, Es Pla, comes this single-varietal, naturally cold-pressed olive oil from the Picual olive. Its fragrance is reminiscent of fresh grass and green olives, with a hint of velvety pepper. The high-quality extra virgin olive oil is silky smooth in the mouth and, typical of the Picual olive variety, surprises the taster with a somewhat spicy, peppery note. In short: it tastes wonderful.
The shapely, round bottle made of dark glass protects the oil from light and can be wonderfully used for the dining table.
