The Mallorca Verda olive cream is made of 75% olives, garlic, oil and spices. With a creamy consistency, very aromatic and finely acidic.
It goes well with grilled meat and white fish, with sauces or in a vegetable dish.
Snacks fans can simply snack on the typical Mallorcan olive oil biscuits.

Mallorca Verda was born in 1998 from a social project with the aim of promoting the integration into the labour market of people older than 45 or young people with difficulties. The Mallorcan initiative is based in Montuïri and specialises in the production of Mediterranean Mallorcan food. Particularly classic products were brought to the market that the Mallorcans knew and consumed, but which had not been marketed before.
