Hand-scooped & organically produced pure salt flower. With finely ground black olives. This tasty salt crowns pasta, fish and meat dishes. Dried under the sun in the south-east of Mallorca.
Product of Flor de sal d'Es Trenc (sea salt). The flower of salt is harvested by hand,
dried under natural environmental conditions, naturally ground and hand-packed.
The raw material does not undergo any processing or treatment.
Organoleptic characteristics
- Colour: bright white
- Taste: salty, long-lasting in the mouth
- Texture: crunchy, fragile, melts on the tongue
- Fine, white crystals of varying size between 2-4 mm.
The WHO (World Health Organisation) recommends a daily consumption of no more than 5 g per day.
