The BIO Hokkaido is a small pumpkin variety with an intensely nutty-sweet taste. Unlike other pumpkin varieties, this variety can be prepared with the skin, the fast food among pumpkins.

It has a fibre-free consistency and can be used perfectly in cakes and desserts. The all-rounder thus convinces even the non-fans.
Completely usable, including seeds (spiced and roasted, a delicious snack), as a creamy soup, sauce or puree. Spicy chutney or crispy & aromatic as oven or fried vegetables.
