Cristóbal Rosselló is the head of the family of the well-known Mallorcan company Rosselló. The olive farm Son Mesquidassa, which is so typical for Mallorca, is located in the small sleepy settlement of Son Mesquida between Porreres and Felanitx. Approximately 150,000 olive trees grow on a total of 100 hectares of land.
The pickled chili peppers are spicy with a tangy note from the vinegar that balances the heat nicely. They have a crunchy texture and an intense flavor.
