At the Savantry estate, located in the heart of Mallorca, they are exclusively dedicated to the production of olive oils of the Picual variety with more than 3,500 olive trees. Their oils Oli des Pla and Savantry are of limited production and want to please gourmets and connoisseurs of the olive oil world. Both oils are recognized with the DO Oli de Mallorca designation of origin.
Tafona de Son Cuixa is a family business that is dedicated to the cultivation and production of extra virgin olive oil with the Denomination of Origin D.O. Oli de Mallorca. They have about 5 hectares of olive trees of the Arbequina and Picual varieties located in Petra. The olives are harvested at the optimum point of maturity, thus obtaining a light green oil with a fruit aroma that is not filtered so it preserves all the qualities.
Oil that is harvested at the Finca Es Guinyent in Alcúdia, which has an Islamic origin. The Solivellas family looks after the care of the land and the olive trees since they provide them with the fruit with which they obtain this oil with the highest quality, thanks to the cultivation and harvest of the olives in perfect condition of the varieties Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca, Frantoio, Koroneiki and Picuda. In addition, they have the guarantee of Denomination of Origin Oli de Mallorca (regulatory council founded in 2002 that protects, promotes and names the authentic oil that is made in Mallorca).
Oil mill dating from 2008. Being one of the largest and newly built, they are the most important manufacturers of oil with the Denomination of Origin Oli de Mallorca. Its cultivation of olives comes on one hand from farms throughout the island, from which they make a selection of olives, and on the other hand from its own plantations, of which most are of the Arbequina and Picual varieties. The oil production process that they promote is based on preserving all the organoleptic and nutritional characteristics for a higher quality.
Farm located between Algaida and Llucmajor. The Miralles family, owners of the farm, ensure the cultivation of olive trees throughout the year with the aim of achieving high quality production combining ancient and modern techniques. Their product is the olive oil from the Arbequina variety; Oli Treurer D.O. Oli de Mallorca.
Picarandau is a family business founded in 2006 dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees on a farm located near Palma. They work on the cultivation and harvest of the olive to achieve the highest quality possible. Their project is an organic farming based on localized irrigation to save water, the use of organic fertilizers and the protection of the fauna. The main production of this company is Oli Verderol, Denomination of Origin D.O. Oli de Mallorca.
Ses Rotes is a family farm located in Santa Eugènia with 1,500 olive trees of the Arbequina and Koroneiki varieties. Historically, they had olive trees of about 200 years, replaced by the cultivation of vineyards that were lost with the appearance of phylloxera in 1891. Later they dedicated themselves to the cultivation of almond trees and in 2010, they decided to grow again olive trees to start this project.
The Cooperativa de San Bartolomé founded in 1899 in Sóller, installed their first oil mill in 1926. Since then it has been producing virgin olive oil, and in recent years, thanks to the modernization of the oil mill, they have been given the denomination of origin DO Oli de Mallorca “Olis Sóller”.
Jabones Panambi is dedicated to the production of locally produced handmade soap based on organically produced oils and glycerine without animal tallow. The factory is located in Cala Vinyes and is committed to producing eco-friendly, natural, vegan and zero waste soaps.
In the Parc de les Olors ecological cultivation and a wide range of aromatic and medicinal plants are promoted, especially Mediterranean species.
POSADA is a company that is the fruit of a long family tradition and its passion for gastronomy, which brings you its natural products so that you can enjoy them in all their splendour. Its beginnings date back to 1955, when José Posada Torres started exporting Galician chestnuts to Brazil and later José Posada González was the first Spanish businessman to build the first factory and transform chestnuts into the star product, marron glacé. The chestnuts are harvested in natural forests and once selected, the marron glacé is made in a natural way, without colouring or preservatives.
