Sweet and sour, finely chopped peel of organic lemons from the plantations of the valley of Sóller/Mallorca. Gently candied, the fragrant essential oils of the peel unfold in the jar. The very delicious natural aroma of the lemon refines every dessert, gives fruit salads a special note, but also tastes delicious in salads and is a small, tasty snack on its own.

We organise for travel groups of visits in the Bio-Orangefinca ECO-Vinyassa or also in the disabled person's workshop Estel Nou.
