Aged Quintana cheese with denomination of origin Mahón-Menorca D.O.P. artisan. Made with raw cow's milk, 100% natural, without additives or preservatives, and refined by the Master Artisan Cheese Maker and Master Artisan Cheese Maker.
Matured for more than 10 months, it is a cheese with an aged brown outer layer, a slightly harder texture and a rounded flavour and aromas, with a memorable persistence in the mouth.
