Organic extra virgin olive oil made from the Mallorca olive varieties Arbequina and Picual. Awarded the Oli de Mallorca designation of origin. "D.O. Oli de Mallorca".
On the palate, with the fine, mild aroma of green grass and ripe tomatoes. Ideal for every salad and to refine roasted meat and fish.

Oli Son Catiu
Oil mill dating from 2008. Being one of the largest and newly built, they are the most important manufacturers of oil with the Denomination of Origin Oli de Mallorca. Its cultivation of olives comes on one hand from farms throughout the island, from which they make a selection of olives, and on the other hand from its own plantations, of which most are of the Arbequina and Picual varieties. The oil production process that they promote is based on preserving all the organoleptic and nutritional characteristics for a higher quality.BEST BEFORE:
