Oli Son Catiu
Oil mill dating from 2008. Being one of the largest and newly built, they are the most important manufacturers of oil with the Denomination of Origin Oli de Mallorca. Its cultivation of olives comes on one hand from farms throughout the island, from which they make a selection of olives, and on the other hand from its own plantations, of which most are of the Arbequina and Picual varieties. The oil production process that they promote is based on preserving all the organoleptic and nutritional characteristics for a higher quality.STORAGE:
