Suc de Cel extra virgin olive oil D.O.
"SUC de CEL", "Heaven's Juice" is what we call the golden olive oil from the Tramuntana mountains around Sóller. Only olives of the Picual variety are processed into a fruity, spicy olive oil. The Oli de Mallorca D.O. award confirms its continuously controlled guaranteed quality.
The cold-pressed virgin extra olive oil tastes great pure, simply on bread, in salads and with pasta dishes. It can also be used for frying up to 180º (it should not smoke).
In honour of the cathedral Sant Bartomeu in Sóller and the art nouveau architects Gaudi, the oil can was printed with an image of the beautiful façade. (Limited quantity only)
